The Loss Earplug Replacement Coverage provides customers with one (1) single earplug replacement in the event an earplug is lost. This coverage applies to accidental loss only and does not cover damage, misuse, or intentional disposal.

Eligibility

Coverage may be redeemed once per purchase
Coverage becomes valid 30 days after purchase
Coverage is only valid within 365 days of purchase, and no longer than that

Who can purchase Loss Replacement Coverage?

Loss Earplug Replacement Coverage must be purchased together with a pair of OAVO earplugs. Purchasing this coverage on its own, without an accompanying earplug order, will not activate any protection or replacement entitlement.

Each pair of earplugs may have a maximum of two (2) replacement coverages attached to it.

Purchasing more than two replacement coverages for a single pair of earplugs is not permitted and will not provide additional benefits.

This coverage is intended as added peace of mind for your own purchase — not as a standalone product.

We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the eligibility requirements of this program and to update or modify the program at any time. Any changes will not affect active coverage already purchased.

Is this coverage transferable to someone else?

No. Loss Earplug Replacement Coverage is non-transferable and tied strictly to the original purchaser.

To submit a claim:
- You must email us using the same email address used to place the order.
- Our team will verify the order details before approving the replacement.

Claims submitted from a different email address or for a different customer may be declined. This helps us keep the program fair and prevent misuse.

Can I buy coverage after my earplug purchase? How does shipping work?

Loss Replacement Coverage is intended to be purchased at the same time as your earplugs. Purchasing coverage after your earplugs have already shipped will not automatically activate coverage.

However, if you realize shortly after checkout that you’d like to add coverage:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of your earplug purchase.
- We’ll do our best to assist, subject to eligibility and order status.

Shipping Details:
- Replacement shipping is free within Malaysia.
- One (1) earplug will be securely packed and shipped to your original delivery address.
- A tracking number will be sent to you via email once dispatched.
