We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Return, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Yes — you can use them during this period. What matters most is your comfort and peace of mind.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The earplugs must include all original parts (earplugs, silicone tips, carry case, and all other accessories).
  • Light use is completely fine — they are risk-free for a reason.
  • Excessively damaged, incomplete, or heavily misused items may not qualify.

Everything is handled manually via email — no portals or accounts needed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong colour/variant, defective, or damaged on arrival).
  • Once you email us, we’ll inform you of the estimated return shipping cost (if applicable).
  • If we’re at fault, we cover the return shipping.

Note:
Customs or courier delays are outside of our control and are not considered a valid reason for refund.


Order Arrives Wrong, Defective, or Damaged

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We issue store credit equal to your original purchase

  • The item is returned after the 30-day window
  • Significant parts are missing
  • The product is heavily damaged beyond normal trial use
  • Returned to an address other than the one we provide via email
